“Third-Party Services” means platforms such as Squarespace (hosting) and Stripe (payments).

FYRST provides business education, brand advisory, and professional development programs. Details are described on our website.
4. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store credit card details.
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for accurate billing information.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Choose one model before publishing:
Strict: All sales final. No refunds.
Conditional: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions/materials accessed.
Flexible: Partial refunds available if withdrawal occurs before [X date] or [X%] program accessed.
Refunds, if granted, are processed back through Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and materials are the property of FYRST.
You receive a limited license for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials for commercial purposes.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Share access without authorization
Reverse-engineer or misuse our content
Violate applicable laws using the Service
Circumvent website security features
8. Email & Communications
Service-related emails (receipts, updates) will always be sent.
Marketing communications require your express consent (CASL).
All marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website runs on Squarespace (see Squarespace’s Terms).
Payments are processed by Stripe (see Stripe’s Terms).
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.
